Access Control Security 1. 24/7 surveillance monitoring system.
2. Secure card-access control at all building entrances and exits.
3. Contracted security services during nights and holidays to safeguard facility safety.
Equipment Maintenance and Inspection 1. Regular annual, quarterly, and monthly maintenance of electromechanical and fire-protection systems (e.g., alarm systems, fire extinguishers) to ensure optimal condition.
2. Annual fire safety inspection conducted by certified third-party professionals in compliance with regulations.
3. Scheduled inspection and maintenance of electrical systems, HVAC systems, fire-protection systems, and hazardous machinery.
4. Semi-annual workplace environment testing by certified laboratories (noise, lighting, CO₂ concentration, etc.) in accordance with occupational safety regulations.
Disaster Prevention & Emergency Response 1. Formal disaster prevention and emergency response procedures established, including clear roles and tasks for emergencies, major incidents, and general accidents, with regular drills.
2. Emergency response teams formed: Fire Suppression Unit, Communication Unit, Evacuation & Guidance Unit, Safety & Protection Unit, and First Aid Unit.
3. Safety and health responsibilities centralized under the Administration Department to promote environment, health, and safety (EHS) initiatives.
Occupational Injury Care MACHVISION conducts regular inspections and preventive measures to reduce workplace injuries. PPE is provided, long working hours are avoided, and related training is offered. If an occupational injury occurs, a designated employee care officer follows up daily and assists with recovery and company support resources.
Employees are granted injury leave immediately upon confirmation of work-related injury—without salary deduction or attendance penalty, with no need to take sick leave first.
In 2024, there were 3 traffic-related incidents and 0 workplace production injuries, with a monthly injury rate of 0.0076%.
