Human Rights Policy

At MACHVISION (the “Company”), we believe that respecting human rights and creating a dignified workplace are fundamental to our operations and supply chain partnerships.
We comply with all applicable laws across our global locations and protect the rights of all personnel, including full-time employees, contract and temporary staff, and interns. To fulfill our corporate social responsibility and uphold human dignity for employees, customers, and stakeholders, we align with internationally recognized human rights standards, including:

We also follow the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) Code of Conduct and all local laws in the regions where we operate, ensuring equal, fair, and respectful treatment for all, and preventing any form of human rights violation.


The Human Rights Declaration is as follows:

  1.  Diversity, Inclusion, and Equal Opportunity
    We ensure fair treatment in recruitment, employment, and development without discrimination based on gender, race, age, marital or family status, religion, political affiliation, nationality, appearance, physical features, or disabilities. We are committed to an inclusive and equal workplace and adopt a zero-tolerance policy toward any form of discrimination.
  2. Equal Pay for Equal Work
    We provide equal compensation for equal work, regardless of gender, race, age, or region, ensuring fair labor remuneration for all employees.
  3. Working Hours and Compensation
    We comply with all labor laws regarding working hours, overtime, salary payments, and overtime compensation, and provide benefits beyond legal requirements.
  4. Prohibition of Forced Labor
    We strictly prohibit human trafficking and forced labor in any form and do not coerce employees through force, threats, confinement, or any illegal means.
  5. Prohibition of Child Labor
    In accordance with labor laws, we do not employ individuals under 15 years of age. Employees under 18 are managed in compliance with youth labor protection requirements to ensure physical and mental well-being.
  6. Humane Treatment
    We commit to treating all employees with dignity and prohibit any form of violence or harassment, including sexual harassment, abuse, corporal punishment, physical or mental coercion, verbal abuse, or threats. We strive to create a safe and respectful workplace free from unlawful conduct.
  7. Workplace Health and Safety
    We aim to strengthen employees’ safety awareness and well-being by complying with legal requirements, continuously enhancing management systems, and promoting a culture of safety and health to prevent accidents and occupational illness.
  8. Positive Labor-Management Communication
    We offer multiple communication channels, including labor-management meetings and departmental meetings, ensuring employees’ right to collective consultation and fostering a harmonious work environment.
  9. Responsible Supply Chain
    We expect suppliers to uphold the same principles and follow the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) Code of Conduct, including providing a safe and healthy workplace, prohibiting child and forced labor, supporting work-life balance, and implementing these standards effectively.
  10. Grievance Mechanism and Remediation
    We provide diverse communication and grievance mechanisms for employees to voice concerns and protect their labor rights, fostering constructive labor-management relations and ensuring timely resolution and remedies.
  11. Due Diligence and Feedback Mechanism
    We conduct human rights due diligence to assess and identify risks, evaluate potential impacts, and implement mitigation and remediation measures as needed. We review and improve our human rights policy and management system regularly to strengthen human rights protection.
To protect the human rights of our employees and supply chain partners—including global sites, subsidiaries, customers, and suppliers—we commit to upholding the above human rights principles across all business and non-business activities and collaborative relationships.

Ensure a safe and healthy workplace The Company complies with all legal requirements to provide a safe and healthy workplace and has established a dedicated Occupational Safety and Health unit and committee. We engage professional physicians and nurses onsite and conduct regular safety, health, and fire-prevention training. Necessary preventive measures are implemented to avoid occupational injuries and reduce workplace hazards.
In 2024, we conducted 2 fire drills, 12 health seminars.
Friendly workplace Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI)
We respect diverse genders, ages, and cultural backgrounds, fostering an inclusive workplace where everyone can thrive. We embrace people of different backgrounds, ethnicities, genders, sexual orientations, abilities, and perspectives, ensuring fair opportunities and equitable treatment for all employees. We promote gender equality and workplace harassment prevention through training and awareness programs, supporting a work environment built on dignity and respect.
Prevent unlawful discrimination and ensure equal employment opportunities Human rights principles are embedded into internal control procedures. In recruitment, compensation, training, promotion, termination, and retirement, we do not discriminate based on race, social class, language, ideology, religion, political affiliation, nationality, birthplace, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, pregnancy, appearance, disability, zodiac sign, blood type, or other unrelated factors.
Prohibit child labor To uphold corporate social responsibility and ethical standards, the Company strictly prohibits child labor. No child labor has ever been employed.
Prohibit forced labor The Company does not force or coerce any individual to perform work. Working hours, overtime, leave policies, and related labor conditions fully comply with regulations. Employees apply for overtime through the attendance system and receive overtime pay or compensatory leave. Working hours are monitored monthly, and reports are presented in management meetings.
A dedicated grievance mailbox is available for employees to communicate concerns directly to the General Manager and the Employee Care Officer. This ensures a confidential, fair, and prompt handling process. All cases to date have been resolved satisfactorily.
Support employee physical and mental well-being and work-life balance 1. Annual health examinations are arranged through major hospitals, with enhanced checks for factory employees to ensure workplace safety and health management compliance.
2. Annual overseas trips are held, with family members encouraged to join to foster work-life balance and strengthen family bonds
3. Various employee events are held, including year-end banquets, appreciation gatherings, and Christmas celebrations. Onsite facilities include a recreation center, KTV-café, and gym.
4. To support physical and mental wellness, the Company provides facilities and subsidies for wellness programs. Free weekly fitness classes—including yoga, Pilates, boxing aerobics, basketball, and badminton—are offered Monday to Friday to encourage healthy exercise habits, strengthen teamwork, and enhance workplace morale.
