In 2024, the Board of Directors approved the establishment of the Sustainability Development Committee, aligning with global ESG trends and reinforcing corporate citizenship. The Committee, composed of three members including at least one director, is supported by a Chief Sustainability Officer who oversees sustainability initiatives and reports regularly to the Board.
Under the Committee, the ESG Team is divided into six functional teams to integrate resources, implement policies, and track performance. Through cross-department collaboration and transparent communication, MACHVISION ensures effective ESG practices and advances its vision of long-term sustainable growth
