MACHVISION is committed to energy efficiency, carbon reduction, and resource optimization. By adopting innovative technologies and developing high-performance, energy-saving equipment, we reduce environmental impact and move toward a net-zero future. Working with our supply chain partners, we advance sustainability together and protect our planet for the generations to come.
As a low-energy-consumption enterprise, MACHVISION’s electricity usage is relatively simple due to the nature of our operations. We continue to focus on energy conservation and improving efficiency, ensuring optimal performance in daily operations. From equipment upgrades and process optimization to cultivating energy-saving habits, we strive to eliminate waste and use every unit of electricity effectively.
In alignment with national energy policies, we will continue advancing energy-saving improvements and adopting innovative technologies. Even with a low energy baseline, we remain committed to advancing efficiency and demonstrating our dedication to environmental sustainability and responsible resource use.
• Lighting: Office areas use zoned switching to avoid unnecessary lighting when only a small area is occupied.
• Air-conditioning: Zoned cooling by work type and occupancy. High-density areas operate independently for efficiency and comfort, while regular office floors adjust cooling schedules based on work hours to save energy.
To strengthen power monitoring, dedicated staff record daily electricity usage. Consumption is categorized (e.g., air-conditioning, production processes, lighting/outlets) and analyzed to implement targeted improvements. These measures have produced significant results. Below are electricity statistics for the past three years:
| Year | 2024 | 2023 | 2022 |
| Total Electricity Consumption (kWh) | 1,090,560 | 1,145,640 | 1,267,920 |
| Reduced Electricity Consumption (kWh) | 55,080 | 122,280 | 74,280 |
| Carbon Reduction | 27.26 | 60.53 | 36.77 |
Note: Based on the electricity emission factor announced in June 2023
